Tim Rutti is a franchise consultant who combines real entrepreneurial experience, strategic thinking, and practical operational insight. As President of FranXpert, he’s known for being a clear, steady advisor—not a salesperson—guiding candidates through franchising with structure and transparency. Tim previously built and sold his own business, partnered in a marketing agency, and held leadership roles across healthcare, giving him firsthand knowledge of growth, operations, and team leadership. He uses that diverse background to help people make informed, confident franchise decisions that align with their goals and lifestyle. Outside of work, Tim is a husband, father, outdoorsman, and drummer, living in Scottsdale, Arizona.
